Human dignity
In class for the past few days we have been talking about lent. I gave up junk food for rent because I think it’s a waste of our energy and it’s bad for our health insurance.
This is what i am giving up for lent-
What I am giving up for lent- For lent I am giving up fast food
and why- I am giving up fast food because I think it’s just a waste of our animals, also a it’s poor for our health insurance.
Prayer for the people in need-
Dear Heavenly father. Please bless all the poor and the people who don't have the things they need. People who don't have any homes or people who died from terrible disasters that have caused destruction. Please bless all the kids who don't have any caregivers to support them and love them. Bless all those people don't live the life that they want, or that they hate. Please bless all the parents that are homeless and need food for their kids. I ask this through Christ our lord Amen.
Giving forgiveness to my enemies-
I had got mad at this boy who is one year younger than for calling me chicken just because sometimes I bring chicken to school for lunch and morning tea sometimes. The first time he called me a chicken I fought it was a funny joke but then he started to say it to me every day which made me thrillingly angry. But in class I have learned that if you get mad at someone and if it's past 5 minutes it doesn't matter, even in five weeks or five years or five centuries. I have also learned that being mad at someone isn't the way. For an example me and my brother got into a fight last night because we were playing a silly game, then it went too far that’s when we had face consequences. But I have slowly gone over it.
Argument free zone/ negative thought free zone-
I have had many arguments with my siblings and my friends. That is why now I am going to start an argument free zone, also a negative free zone. If you dont know what it means it means no arguments negative free zone means no stupid thinking or no thinking about starting a fight or an fight.

One time my friend thought that he was not good enough to be in my rugby team just because he has some weight on him. So I had to encourage him to think that just because he’s well i'm not trying to be mean but fat he is still a mighty person.

My Amazing trip to goat island
Goat Island
On Monday morning I got up at 6: 00 am for a once in a lifetime trip.
I was so excited to go snorkelling, I was so excited to go with my class.
When I arrived at school it was 7: 36 am and the bus left at 8: 00 am.
When the bus came we had a delay because there was a problem
with the bus door.
When we left it was about 8: 30 am.

It took us about an hour and a half to get to the marine reserve.
We got there at about 10: 15 am.
When we got there we met a polite guy called Frazer who was our supervisor on land.
We also met Sophie, Ava and Chris. We split into two groups.

There was one group that got to go snorkeling first and the other had to stay with Frazer,
on land. I was in Frazers group, and they told us that nature was one of their most precious t
hings at the marine reserve, which was kind of obvious. He gave us some binoculars so we
could see the water and the nature around us. Some of the things we saw were….. Kina,
snapper, goatfish, seaweed and sting/eagle ray.

Next frazer gave us some paper that showed what we might see underwater, that’s when
the first group came back and we had lunch together. I finally got to have the fun of my life
SNORKELLING! First we had to put on our wetsuits and get our snorkelling gear.

signals, that's when she said slowly walk back backwards into the water. When I was in
the water it was already waist high even though the tide was going out. We had to use
a boogie board just for safety though, the wetsuit helps you stay above the water, when
I put my head under water I could see everything clearly even from afar. Unfortunately
we didn't get as much time as group one, which was kind of sad . When we were going back
to shore I saw a goat fish right below me was a BIG juicy snapper. The snapper had some
shiny blue dots on its scales that shone like diamonds I took off my mask and swam down to
take a closer look, but the wetsuit was obviously

I would like to go again because
Next year I won't have another trip like that again
Well, at least I get to go camp and a lot of tournaments
But I definitely will not forget how much fun I had before
And that is the end of my goat island writing trip.
