Today is ash wednesday, I have been thinking about it and for
ash
wednesday i will try to give  up sin. .

This morning we went church for ash wednesday.
Ash wednesday is the start of lent. When they put
the ash on your head I think they say repent and sin.

I think that means may you have no sin in you….. Ash
wednesday is a christian holy time of what they
say prayer and fasting.

Did you know? That the ash they put on your head is palm tree.

The pink umbrella

The Pink umbrella.

The pink umbrella is about this young boy Sam. Sam is someone who is excited for his grandma to come, but then he finds out she's grumpy and is ruining is life.
In the end when four bullies came up to rob from him, the grandma saved his life with her neon pink             

 UMBRELLA. 

I think the message is to not judge  people so quickly. 

I think the the grandma thinks it's about time for him to learn to speak Samoan beacause, he is growing up and will soon to speak with other Samoan children.
