Today we had R.E. We learned why we have the ten commandments and why we worship God, we made our own questions like, why did he give the ten commandments to us or why do we eat the bread of life.

How the day was at school

At school we just about ready to start our day. Suddenly we got interrupted by people walking in and out, that is when I knew that it was not going to be a good day. In maths it took people 45 minutes to do the quick quiz of the day, I think that we could improve by listening to instructions and stop talking to the people beside us. In Religous Education it took us half an hour to get settled and half an hour to do our work, I think we could improve by not giving our teacher such a hard time and we would have to be at the right place at the right time on our devices. In the afternoon we took way to long to do our storytelling of taonga, The only reason why I am writing this is that I want to write how we could improve in class.

My wonderful weekends

On Saturday 31 of August, me my cousin, my brother, my sister, and my mum and dad went to Fiji vs Tonga union game. The game was at Eden Park, it took us a long time to find our gate. When we found our seats the teams were just about to come out, I got really excited and really nervous because Fiji is a really fit and tough team. Tonga got the first goal and I thought they were about to win but I spoke to early Fiji scored 1 try to. That is when I started getting nervous, Fiji is very competitive But I know Tonga can catch up. As Tonga was loosing I thuoght they were loosing because they eat to much pig and they get fat and unfit. The game ended and I was really happy for Fiji because they deserve it, but at the same time, I was angry cause I was really looking forward to Tonga to win but maybe next time. And that was my wonderful weekends.

Music conceret

On Monday the 2cnd of August my whole school had a MUSIC CONCERT. The reason why we had music
the concert is because we wanted to see what we have learned in music for the past 9 months.

 I was really shy because I am not good at performing in front of an audience.

 As I sat on the floor the ukulele reminded me of my baby sister strumming my guitar while I was sleeping. 

The other classes were pretty good to they made it look really easy, but then it was our turn I got scared.

 I like the rhythm of the song because it reminds me of my family, it reminds me of my
family because we always sing songs together.

There were four classes to compete, while I was banging the drum it felt like a flame of fire was coming down my
hand.  At the end room 5 harmony singers were going to sing Eteatua for the end, it was amazing.
Then we said our home time prayer and went home.
